What does the published scientific research say about Chlorococcum humicola?

Source: PubMed and scientific literature databases

The research examines how exogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), a phytohormone, affects growth, photosynthesis, and polysaccharide accumulation in C. humicola. Under optimal culture conditions (75% sludge extract with 5×10⁻⁶ mol/L IAA), polysaccharide concentrations reached roughly 327 mg/L by day 30, with d-glucose comprising about 62% of that fraction. Proteomic analysis found significant up-regulation of photosystem electron-transport and ATP/NADPH synthesis proteins.
